Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

At Bsoil Plants, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

Damaged or Not as Expected

If your item arrives damaged, significantly different from its description, or there is another problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we will provide a full refund, including the original postage/delivery cost.

We may ask you to provide photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Please contact us before returning a damaged item so that we can advise you on the next steps.

Changed Your Mind

If you have changed your mind and would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned in its original condition, subject to your statutory rights to inspect goods purchased online.

For change-of-mind returns free postage will be offered except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as you remain responsible for it until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Live Plants & Bonsai Trees

Please remember that bonsai trees and other plants are living products. Natural variations in shape, growth, foliage, leaf colour and seasonal appearance are normal.

If a plant arrives damaged or in an unacceptable condition, please contact us promptly and provide clear photographs of the plant and packaging.
